International Baccalaureate Diploma
For students undertaking the International Baccalaureate Diploma there is an additional charge of $1,410 per annum to cover the extra costs of examinations and subject fees.
Payment of Fees and Charges
The Annual Fees and Charges are billed in advance and must be paid by Friday 15 January 2010.
Accounts are also issued at the end of each term for any additional charges such as interstate and overseas visits, text books, taxi fares, secondary school stationery and individual requirements for art, applied design, photography, technical studies, metal and wood work and special projects. These charges will be due for payment on Friday 14 May 2010, Friday 13 August 2010, Friday 22 October 2010 and Friday 17 December 2010. Fees and charges may be paid by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, international bank transfer, internet transfer, BPAY or credit card (MasterCard, AMEX or Visa).
Where payment is not made by the relevant due date, a late payment administrative fee of $75 will be incurred unless prior arrangement has been made with the College.
Concession for Brothers
In the case of younger brothers attending the College at the same time, a 10% discount applies to the second child, 15% for the third child and 20% for the fourth child. Please note that this rebate applies only to the Annual Tuition Fee (or Composite Fee for boarders) and not the Consolidated Charge and the Information Technology Levy.
Consolidated Charge
The Consolidated Charge covers most curriculum activities such as camps, excursions, theatrical performance and many of the cost associated with the sporting and other co-curricular programmes offered by the College. The Consolidated Charge for boarders incorporates all regular entertaining costs for boarding students, and is inclusive of GST.
Individual Music Tuition
Parents of students wishing to receive individual instruction in the playing of musical instruments will be required to sign an agreement with the instrumental teacher. Unless notified otherwise, separate accounts for music tuition will be rendered to parents and are payable direct to the instrumental teacher, not the College.
Notice of Withdrawal/Change in Boarding Status
A full term’s written notice must be provided to the Headmaster advising the withdrawal of a student from the College or a change in their boarding status, otherwise one third of the Annual Tuition Fee will be payable in lieu of notice.
