The Prince Alfred College Foundation at Work
Since it inception in 1973 the Prince Alfred College Foundation has supported many exciting projects at the school, commencing with the Scotts Creek Outdoor Centre. Recent projects have included:
John Angus Dunning Building
Frederic Chapple Library
Renovation of Colton Wing of the Main Building
Arrowcrest Science Laboratories
The Foundation also supports Prince Alfred College through the Scholarship Fund, which assists students to have the opportunity of a Princes education.
The Prince Alfred College community is invited to support the Foundation in its work to support the ongoing development of the school.

A warm invitation is extended to you to join like-minded members of the Princes community who are committed to providing for the future of the school through membership of the Foundation.
Membership of the Foundation is comprised of five levels:
Member $ 5,000
Fellow $15,000
Trustee $25,000
Governor $75,000
Membership is generally paid over 5 years, is tax deductible and upgrading to the next membership level is encouraged. You can download a pledge form by clicking: Pledge form
Foundation membership is acknowledged through the presentation of a membership certificate and silk tie, inclusion on Foundation honour rolls and invitations to special events, such as the annual Foundation members’ gathering and the Foundation Business Lunch. The member's tie and certificate are presented at the Foundation Business Lunch.
A Choice of Funds
The Foundation seeks support from the school community for the following funds:
· Prince Alfred College Foundation Building Fund
The building fund provides finance for capital works projects. Contributions are tax deductible.
Through the Foundation’s Annual Giving Program, donations to the Building Fund are currently supporting the restoration of Colton Wing.
· Prince Alfred College Foundation Library Fund
The Library Fund enables the provision of new books and technology in the preparatory and senior school libraries. Contributions are tax deductible.
· Prince Alfred College Foundation Scholarship Fund
Donations to Scholarships maintains the school’s ability to offer full or partial remission of fees to worthy students. Donations to this fund are eligible for a tax deduction.
A donation to your preferred fund(s) can be made at any time by contacting the Development Office.
Remembering Princes
A bequest to the Prince Alfred College Foundation is a lasting way to commemorate your or a special person’s association with Prince Alfred College. People who have chosen to advise that they have made a bequest are invited to join The TG Waterhouse Society and participate in the life of the school.
